In order to scale your team(s), it is important you can let go of things and delegate responsibilities to your team members. Let them take the lead and report to you, all while supporting them in anything they need. Taking ownership is not something that everyone is able to do (yet). And that's ok. But make sure that everyone who's willing to lead, feels safe in doing so.
