If you're ever stuck on a problem, Stef is the most experienced rubber duck you'll find.
If explaining him your problem didn't trigger an epiphany however, he's happy to help and find a solution together. He might also be one of the only software engineers who prefers working on brownfield projects rather than greenfield ones.
What would be the first thing you buy after winning the lottery?
My grandparents farm, without a doubt. It's been in the family for a very long time, and I just want to keep it in the family. After that, maybe a cow or two, some chickens and just live off the land.
Canada or Brasil?
Even though my last name ends in son, it's not a nordic name. I do however suspect I have some nordic genes, as I actually prefer colder climates over warmer ones. If you're too cold, you can always put on more clothes. If you're too warm, well, there's only a finite amount of clothes you can take off.
Where is your documentation kept? Is it one tool that everyone has access to? Here's why you should consolidate your documentation.
Teams of all experience levels can improve their way of working, but only if they take a moment to retrospect.
